• Candidate should possess exposure from Geometric design, pavement design, Familiarity with IRC, MORT&H standards, Preparing DPR and Detailed Design, Excellent verbal & written communication skills, Proficient in MX/Open Roads Software/CIVIL 3D.
• Visit site to understand the real conditions and design accordingly.
• Provide guidance to the Auto CAD draughtsman.
• Coordinate with Bridge Engineers and relevant personnel from other fields 
• Supervise and collate field data, analysis and report. 
• Supervise and conduct road inventories, condition surveys, and pavement investigations.
• Coordinate with all interfaces internal and external for achieving work related goals.
• Completed 4/6 lane DPR or DPR Expressways project on MXroad/ OpenRoad software.
• Preparation of scope of works and design criteria.
• Have full proficiency and experience in the design of Roads (plans and profile).
• Design of junctions (Roundabouts, priority junctions, signalised junctions,) both horizontally and vertically development of site grading
• Preparation of road cross sections, generating earthwork quantities.
• Preparation of pavement design and pavement design reports.
• Preparation of concept and detailed design of interchanges.
• Preparation of power point presentations, progress reports.
• Sound communication and writing skills along with preparing technical reports.

Skills Required:

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience in design of bridges/flyovers, Underpass and culverts. Should have worked in designing of 2-Lane, 4-Lane, 6-Lane National highway or expressway on EPC or Hybrid annuity or BOT mode. Must be knowledgeable in Geotech and Hydrology. Additional Work Experience in DPR project is preferable.
• Key skills: STAAD Pro, Midas, Oasys,  AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
• Responsibilities: Preparation of designs (RCC, PSC, Steel), co-ordinate with CAD Engineer in preparation of drawings and co-ordination and approvals of the design, guiding junior Engineers/CAD technicians.
• knowledge of understanding of the analysis and design principles of bridge design as per IRC Code,
• have hands on experience in using any of the bridge design software (LUSAS/ MIDAS/ STAAD Pro/Adsec etc),
• knowledge of other related software like RM Bridge etc. would be desirable,
• should have knowledge of tools like AutoCAD/Micro station and ensuring drawings are prepared in accordance with CAD standards, internationally recognized standard formats in addition to technical / functional acumen, he should have good communication skills and should be able to present their work.
• Should be a good team member and should coordinate with other team members and the project manager for timely delivery of project.
• Professional English language skills (written and verbal).
